Title- Associate Manager - Entertainment & Branded Content (Open) Location - Bangalore Job Description Key Responsibilities • Own and deliver regional revenue targets across the South Zone, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual goal achievement. • Drive end-to-end execution of business initiatives with a strong focus on timely delivery . • Build and manage relationships with brands, sponsors, partners (publishers, broadcasters, production houses) and key ecosystem stakeholders. • Identify and drive new business opportunities and monetization avenues within Entertainment & Branded Content experience. • Ensure strong execution governance through regular reviews, performance tracking, and proactive problem-solving to address business gaps. • Collaborate cross-functionally with client leads, marketing, operations, product, legal and central teams to ensure seamless delivery and business outcomes. • Lead with strong ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong track record of revenue ownership and target achievement . • High execution rigor with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. • Understanding of the media, entertainment & branded content ecosystem . • Strong partnership, negotiation, and business development skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
