Responsibilities • Lead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and mentorship • Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growth • Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates • Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors • Leverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results • Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations • Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign executions • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies • Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality • Experience on Media Planning and Programmatic deals is must Qualifications • 9 to 12 years of experience in programmatic campaign management • Proven experience managing and leading a team • Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs • Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools • Excellent client management and communication skills • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong Excel and PPT skills • Innovation & Best Practic es: Stay ahead of industry trends, implement cutting-edge technologies, and ensure adherence to best practices to maintain high standards of quality and innovation • Budget Manageme nt: Responsible for large scale budget management, and forecasting • A/B Testing and Experimentati on: Design and implement rigorous A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize campaign performance and identify winning strategies • Attribution Modelli ng: Expert knowledge of attribution modelling and it's effect on performance
