**Job Summary** We are looking for an enthusiastic and execution-oriented **Associate Product Manager** to support the development and enhancement of our ERP systems and tech initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and senior product managers to understand operational challenges, define requirements, and help deliver technology solutions that improve business efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology and wants to build a career in Product Management. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in gathering business requirements from departments including Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehousing. - Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. - Coordinate with developers during feature development and resolve requirement-related queries. - Support product testing by preparing test cases, performing UAT, and ensuring defect resolution before release. - Coordinate feature rollouts, user training sessions, and documentation. - Monitor ERP adoption, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. - Track product backlogs, project timelines, and implementation progress. - Assist in process automation initiatives and ERP integrations with internal and third-party systems. - Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend technology-driven improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution. **Key Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field. - 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, ERP Implementation, or a similar technology-focused role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good understanding of business processes across Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, or Finance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to create user stories, process flows, BRDs, and test cases. - Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, ERP systems, or business applications is preferred. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn. **Preferred Skills** - Exposure to ERP platforms such as ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or Trello. - Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, SQL, or basic data analysis is an added advantage. - Prior internship or project experience in Product Management, ERP, Supply Chain, or FMCG technology will be preferred. **What You'll Learn** - End-to-end product lifecycle management. - ERP implementation and business process automation. - Stakeholder management across multiple business functions. - Agile product development practices. - Data-driven decision making and product analytics.
