Noida, Uttar Pradesh Job Summary Leads the end-to-end productization of DC design and build offerings, creating modular, repeatable, and sustainability-embedded solutions across greenfield, brownfield, and AI-ready data centers. Owns portfolio strategy, standard design packages, pricing models, and GTM enablement while aligning engineering depth with market needs. Ensure offerings integrate automation, digital twins, and high-density compute readiness. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end product lifecycle for DC Design & Build offerings, from concept and validation to scale and continuous improvement. Define long-term product vision and roadmap for standardized, modular DC design and build offerings. Create and maintain service catalogues, pricing models, and configurable design/build packages. Develop reference architectures integrating MEP, ICT, sustainability, automation, and high-density compute readiness. Work with engineering and delivery teams to convert deep technical capabilities into repeatable offerings. Enable presales through solution kits, SOW templates, proposal frameworks, and estimation tools. Engage customers and market stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously refine the offering portfolio. Build business cases and drive cost optimization through vendor and design standardization. Define delivery of playbooks, quality benchmarks, and training material for consistent global execution.
