Associate Program Manager - US Region | Learner Success & Program Operations "We're looking for candidates currently available in Bangalore." Location : Bangalore (HSR Layout) | Work From Office Job Description Simplilearn is looking for an Associate Program Manager to drive the end-to-end learner experience across our online programs for the US region. Key Responsibilities • Manage learner engagement, onboarding, and program delivery • Handle learner concerns, escalations, and drive timely resolution • Monitor cohort performance, retention, completion, CSAT/NPS, and TAT • Identify at-risk learners and drive proactive interventions • Coordinate with instructors and cross-functional teams • Manage and work with program tools such as LMS, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and other platforms • Ensure smooth execution of learner-facing program operations • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance learner experience What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree • 3- 8 years of experience in: • Customer Success • Program Operations • EdTech • Online Education • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with global/US learners is a plus • Experience with Data & AI programs is an added advantage HR Contact Binoy Raphael Email: binoy.raphel@simplilearn.net
