Associate Program Manager - Learner Success & Program Operations Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) | Work From Office "We are looking exclusively for candidates located in Bangalore" We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to manage the end-to-end learner experience across our online programs. Key Responsibilities: • Manage learner engagement, onboarding, and program delivery. • Handle learner concerns, escalations, and resolution. • Monitor cohort performance, retention, completion, CSAT/NPS, and TAT. • Identify at-risk learners and drive timely interventions. • Coordinate with instructors and cross-functional teams. • Manage LMS, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and other program tools. What we're looking for: • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred. • 37 years in Customer Success, Program Operations, EdTech, or Online Education. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with global/US learners or Data & AI programs is a plus.
