Job Purpose: Act as a strategic HR Business Partner and lead the entire gamut of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Learning & Development, Administration, Performance Management, and Talent Management for the Auto Component Business. Drive business efficiency and organizational effectiveness in alignment with Group policies and business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy & Business Partnering • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. • Partner with BU leadership to drive organizational effectiveness. • Translate business objectives into people strategies 2. Manpower Planning & Budgeting • Forecast manpower requirements. • Drive workforce planning and budgeting. • Optimize manpower costs and productivity. 3. Industrial Relations & Employee Relations • Lead IR initiatives and maintain harmonious employee relations. • Handle union negotiations, labor law compliance, and dispute resolution. • Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements. 4. Talent Management • Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews. • Strengthen talent pipelines and critical role readiness. • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives. 5. Performance Management • Implement performance management frameworks. • Monitor productivity and performance metrics. • Facilitate capability-building initiatives. 6. Learning & Development • Identify competency gaps. • Deploy leadership and technical development programs. • Build future-ready organizational capabilities. 7. Compliance & Governance • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Lead HR audits, documentation, and governance processes. • Drive HR process excellence and digital transformation initiatives. Qualification • Bachelor's Degree (any discipline) • MBA / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations Experience • 15+ years of HR experience • Significant experience in Manufacturing / Auto Component industry • Strong exposure to Industrial Relations and Plant HR leadership roles Key Competencies • Business Acumen • Strategic HR Business Partnering • Industrial Relations & Labour Laws • Talent Management • Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Decision Making • Communication & Interpersonal Skills • Change Management Preferred Candidate Profile • 15+ years experience in Manufacturing/Auto Components • Proven experience handling unions and plant HR operations • Strong experience in HR, IR, Talent Management, PMS, L&D, and Compliance • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational transformation
