**Job Title:** Scrum Master **Years of Experience:** 3 to 5 **Job description:** \\* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common engineering workflows. Familiarity with web, mobile, and desktop application technologies (e.g., Angular, C#, .NET, WPF). \\* Ability to work with technical leads to plan sprints and align timelines. \\* Practical knowledge of Agile engineering practices \\* Understanding of DevOps tools & workflows (e.g., CI/CD, backlog tools like Jira/Azure Boards). \\* Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff \\*  Ability to read and interpret technical task breakdowns, estimations, dependencies, and risks. \\* Understanding of metrics (velocity, burndown, flow efficiency) and how to interpret them for continuous improvement.  \\* Knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment) and how they relate to technical execution.  \\* Awareness of technical craftsmanship principles?clean code, maintainability, testing approach, and system stability.  \\* Ability to collaborate with architects, full-stack engineers, QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure delivery alignment.  \\* Ability to collaborate with architects, full-stack engineers, QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure delivery alignment. **Pre-requisites - Training:**SAFe agile methodology **Pre-requisites -Software's/tool:**JIRA **NICE TO HAVE:** \\* Basic understanding of API, cloud, and system integration concepts to support cross-functional collaboration. **Duration:**6 Months
