AGM Service Partner Operations Location- Bangalore Are you a strategic operations leader with deep expertise in managing large-scale logistics, channel networks, and 3PL/4PL ecosystems? We are looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Service Partner Operations to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Bangalore. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and scale end-to-end channel logistics programs—driving first-mile to last-mile process optimization, elevating SLA performance, and managing partner networks across India. Key Responsibilities • Channel Strategy & Execution: Design and scale customized logistics programs across B2B, B2C, and C2C channel partner networks, fulfillment hubs, and 3PL partners. • Process & SLA Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks across first-mile and last-mile routes to enhance pickup, transit, and delivery performance metrics. • Partner Ecosystem Management: Collaborate with 3PL providers and channel partner teams to govern SLAs, review performance, negotiate contracts, and scale network capacity. • Network Expansion & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment, replenishment, and scaling of channel partners aligned with business expansion goals. • Partner Enablement & Training: Oversee online and offline training programs to upskill channel partner teams on operational workflows and logistics tools. • Cross-Functional & Tech Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Ops, and Customer Support teams while driving the adoption of automated logistics tools for real-time tracking, compliance, and payment visibility. What We Are Looking For • Experience: 7–9 years in Program or Operations Management, with a clear focus on logistics, channel distribution, and partner management. • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of B2B/B2C express distribution networks, 3PL/4PL management, warehousing, and multi-channel fulfillment models. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred). • Skills: Strong leadership in driving cross-functional programs, data-driven cost/SLA tracking, and hands-on familiarity with modern supply chain tools.
