Role & responsibilities Position: Business Analyst - Capital Markets Experience: 5-12 Years Location: Pune (Hybrid) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to Serving Notice Period Preferred Job Description Coforge is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Capital Markets domain expertise to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Capital Markets, Trade Lifecycle, Investment Banking processes, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Functional Specifications. • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. • Analyze current processes and recommend improvements. • Support UAT, SIT, and production releases. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, requirement workshops, and stakeholder discussions. • Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Mandatory Skills • Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge. • Experience in Trade Lifecycle Management. • Knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Securities, and Corporate Actions. • Investment Banking experience. • Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management. • BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories. • Agile/Scrum methodology. • SQL basics for data analysis and validation.
