Job description

Key Competencies & Skills • Strong technical background in civil engineering/construction and ability to interpret drawings. • Proficiency in quantity surveying, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and billing procedures. • Proficiency with MS Excel, ERP/billing software (SAP desirable), and familiarity with AutoCAD. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong coordination and communication skills with various departments. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines. • Understanding real estate project dynamics and regulatory environments. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent • 4 to 7 years of experience in billing, quantity surveying in real estate or construction projects. • Experience in RA bills, final bills, BOQ preparation, and material reconciliation. • Exposure for high-rise residential or mixed-use projects preferred. • Knowledge of statutory aspects such as TDS, labor, and contract taxation.
