No-154/6, Behind Cognizant, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park Phase-I, Pune-411057 🕘 Time: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Selection Process: • Profile Screening and Shortlisting at the Venue • Technical Interview • Tool Assessment/Test • HR Discussion PFB Job Description: BIW Fixture design – Experience: 3 to 9 years Technical Skills: Hands on Experience in Designing & Detailing of spot welding/MIG welding fixtures (automated and manual) Tool Skills : - CATIA V5, UG NX Job Description • Concept Design (Design clamps, pin units stationary as well as retractable, slides and dumps) • Exposure to Welding Lines Process & Layout (Spot Welding, ARC welding) • Performs basic engineering calculations to verify design integrity • Create 2D manufacturing drawings and BOM • Knowledge of tolerances and materials • Read and understand GD&T drawings • Design experience in BIW welding fixtures • Good knowledge of manufacturing and assembly process • Experience in working on various OEM’s like GM, VW, BMW, FORD, DAIMLER etc., • Experience in conducting Technical Review with customer • Exposure to multiple CAD tools will be an added advantage • Experience in Teamcenter will be added advantage
