No-154/6, Behind Cognizant, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park Phase-I, Pune-411057 🕘 Time: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Selection Process: • Profile Screening and Shortlisting at the Venue • Technical Interview • Tool Assessment/Test • HR Discussion PFB Job Description: Domain: Cockpit (IP and Console) Software: Catia Total No. of Year Experience – 4-10 years Job Locatin: Pune Education – Graduation/ Postgraduation Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities: • This position is responsible for establishing, planning and running the engineering Cockpit ( IP & Console) system meetings to ensure appropriate cross functional representation and input from all relevant areas. • Ensure progression of design quality maturity from initial concept through to final engineering sign-Off (FESO). • Establishing and maintain the teamwork plan aligned to vehicle program. • Define appropriate engineering targets to meet function, quality and attribute requirements for the Vehicle Program. • Develop and maintain the design validation plan (DVP) including both in-house and supplier testing plan and ensure development signoff tests are completed on schedule. • Develop System Design Specifications incorporating engineering standards, test procedures and material specifications. • Lead Failure Mode Avoidance activities including DFMEA, quality history reviews and DFA/DFM reviews. • Ensuring all relevant documentation meets ISO quality standards. • Lead the resolution of design, attribute, or packaging incompatibilities through the appropriate cross-functional meetings. • Management of Supplier (s) to ensure system/component delivery to vehicle programme timing and attribute targets. • Support Purchasing team in Sourcing and RFQ activities including the creation of ESOWs, PDSs and ESIs. • Support vehicles launch and pre-production builds (both virtual and physical). • Ensuring the effective application of APQP to manage system/component delivery. • Ensure delivery of PSW, through planning from project start to sign off. • Follow and deliver company goals and strategies. • Ensure system, sub-system and components meets DVA, Optical and Perceived Quality targets.
