Job description

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Head the Agency Sales Regional Office & lead all Branch staff and Advisors & co-ordinate with seniors including those at HO. - Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Branch Managers, Sales Managers & Insurance Advisors of Agency Channel. - Help, assist & guide the Branch Managers, Sales Managers & Insurance Advisors - To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management for Agency Sales and Cross Sales. - To motivate BMs/SMs/Advisors with various competitions, contests and R&R Initiatives launched by the company. - Regular monitoring of BMs, SMs & Advisors performance and conducting regular team meetings & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures. - Facilitate administrative & operational supports to BMs, SMs & Advisors of Agency Channel for the smooth functioning. - Adherence to Audit Compliance as per company Standards. B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS - Target Achievement - Team Management and Team Building - Branch Development - Innovation in Branch as per the market standards. C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE - Dynamic Leader with of experience in Health Insurance. - MBA (Sales or Marketing) would be preferred. - Should have team handling experience. D. SKILLS REQUIRED - Rich experience in agency development model for Health Insurance
