Job Title: Branch Operations Executive Micro Location: Gujarat Madhya Pradesh (Multiple locations) Job Type: Full-time Qualifications: Any Graduate Experience: 1- year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector. Job Description: The successful candidate will manage the disbursal process of secured business loans, unsecured business loans and LAP loans, while also handling customer service and ensuring compliance with branch policies. Key Responsibilities: • Disbursal Process Management: Efficiently manage the disbursal process for secured unsecured loans. • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Compliance: Ensure all loan disbursals adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. • Documentation: Handle all necessary documentation for pre- and post-disbursement activities. • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and branch targets for loan disbursal and other financial products. • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on disbursal activities, customer interactions, and compliance. • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. • Knowledge: Familiarity with the disbursal processes of secured business loans, unsecured business loans, and machinery loans, as well as branch compliance requirements.
