Role & responsibilities • Support branch operations, sales, and customer service. • Assist in achieving branch business targets. • Handle customer transactions and resolve complaints. • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, CFT, and bank policies. • Authorize transactions within approved limits. • Oversee ATM operations, branch assets, and security items. • Supervise frontline staff and ensure service excellence. • Perform additional duties assigned by management.
