Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in Mortgage Loans & Micro Lap loans will be preferred. Must be Handling 1 branches. 1.Should have experience in mortgage/Lap loans. 2.Should have knowledge and understanding of property documents. 3.Must be handling at least 1 branches. 4.Avg ticket size 2 to 10 Lac 5.ROI - 20 to 26% - should not be below 20% 6.Should be from Mortgage background - Micro LAP 7.Stability - should not be a Job hopper 8.Team Handling profile.
