Branch Training Manager

Job description

Role:To drive capability building and performance enhancement of sales teams across multiple channels (Agency, Partners) within the assigned region. The role ensures salesforce productivity through effective onboarding, product training, behavioral skills development, and ongoing performance coaching aligned to organizational goals. Education and Experience - Graduate, with 1-5 years of training experience Job Responsibilities -a) To manage training and development objectives of mapped employees and cluster. b) To ensure optimal training coverage to realized desired sales and product mix objectives. c) To plan training calendar and ensure execution as per plan and training needs and agreed agenda for month.. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • % of New Hires Trained and Certified within TAT • Improvement in Productivity Metrics (e.g., Case Count, FYP, Activation %) post-training • Training Feedback / NPS Scores • Training Coverage vs. Plan • Post-Training Performance uplift for trained cohorts • Stakeholder Satisfaction (Sales Head / Channel Head feedback) Interested candidates may share their profile over shreya.jain2@kotak.com
