BSP Architect

Job description

Key Skills: Bootloader, Virtualization, BSP Board Support Package, BSP, QNX, Memory Management, Camera Driver, Audio Roles and Responsibilities: • Define and own BSP architecture, boot flow, and board bring-up strategy for automotive platforms • Lead silicon validation and subsystem integration across camera, display, audio, and connectivity components • Drive virtualization and multi-OS integration across QNX and Linux environments • Investigate and resolve low-level platform issues through structured debugging and root-cause analysis • Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver stable, high-quality system software for automotive programs Skills Required: • 8 to 14 years of relevant experience in embedded automotive platform software • Strong hands-on experience in BSP development, bootloader integration, and QNX-based platform software • Architecture-level understanding of board bring-up, boot chain design, and multi-OS system integration • Experience working on automotive embedded platforms with memory management, DMA, and SMMU/IOMMU concepts • Exposure to platform validation, debugging tools, and integration of complex subsystem software Good to Have: • Audio, camera driver, and memory management experience • Exposure to infotainment systems, IVI architecture, CAN, SOME-IP, and Android integration • Experience with Google AAOS certification and performance profiling tools Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.S. / M.Sc. in Software Technology or related engineering discipline
