Key Responsibilities - Corporate and retail performance analytics - LTV, cohort and retention modeling - Enterprise utilization & renewal analytics - Engagement funnel optimization - Operational metrics monitoring and capacity modeling - Strategic business insights for leadership - Advanced tools for analytics and visualization - Ability to research, understand and analyze structured and unstructured data - Strong communication, collaborative and analytical skills - Discipline in goal setting and time management. - High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Analytics and Survey Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc) - Basic level of proficiency in SQL / MYSQL or related tools for database querying - SSRS, SSIS, SSAS is a plus - Knowledge of key technology practices in healthcare industry and Statistical Analysis software is a plus
