Key Responsibilities • Corporate and retail performance analytics • LTV, cohort and retention modeling • Enterprise utilization & renewal analytics • Engagement funnel optimization • Operational metrics monitoring and capacity modeling • Strategic business insights for leadership • Advanced tools for analytics and visualization • Ability to research, understand and analyze structured and unstructured data • Strong communication, collaborative and analytical skills • Discipline in goal setting and time management. • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Analytics and Survey Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc) • Basic level of proficiency in SQL / MYSQL or related tools for database querying • SSRS, SSIS, SSAS is a plus • Knowledge of key technology practices in healthcare industry and Statistical Analysis software is a plus
