Business Analyst Business Rules Management Qualification : B.Tech/B.E./MCA/BCA/B.Sc. CS or equivalent technical qualification. Job Overview The Business Analyst – Business Rules Management will coordinate business rule discussions across departments, document enterprise business rules, manage approvals, and ensure that business rules are accurately implemented by software vendors. This role focuses on functional coordination and governance rather than software development. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyse, and document business rules and decision logic. • Conduct workshops and coordinate stakeholder approvals. • Maintain business rule specifications, versions, and central repository. • Coordinate rule implementation with software vendors. • Validate changes through testing. • Assess business impact and ensure consistency of rule changes. • Track progress, pending actions, and provide management updates. Required Skills • Strong analytical and business process analysis skills. • Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills. • Strong stakeholder coordination skills. • Exposure to workflow or rules management platforms. Good to Have • Experience in business process management. • Knowledge of ERP business processes.
