Operations Manager Hotel & Hospitality Operations Company: PRISM Location: Bangalore & Thrissur Experience: Minimum 5 years Industry: Hotel & Hospitality Operations About the Role PRISM is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee hotel and hospitality operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing hotel operations, leading teams, maintaining service standards, and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day hotel and hospitality operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. • Oversee operations across a minimum portfolio/key of 50 rooms (keys). • Lead and manage operational teams across departments to achieve business and service objectives. • Ensure high standards of guest experience, service quality, hygiene, and operational excellence. • Monitor occupancy, revenue, costs, guest satisfaction, and other key operational metrics. • Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, maintenance, F&B, and other operational functions. • Develop and implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company and hospitality standards. • Handle guest escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. • Drive team productivity, training, performance management, and employee engagement. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce operational costs, and enhance profitability. • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company policies. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel/hospitality operations. • Strong hands-on experience in hotel and hospitality operations. • Experience managing a property/portfolio of 50+ keys is preferred/required. • Strong team-management and leadership skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. • Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, and operational KPIs. • Candidates with experience managing multi-department hotel operations will be preferred. • Must be willing to work from/operate in Bangalore.
