Exp-6+yrs Location;-Mumbai-Powai Interview Mode 1st Round-Virtual 2nd Round-FTF Work Mode:-Hybrid SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • 6+ years of Business Analysis experience in a bank or financial institution, with a strong track record in front-office technology delivery. • Good understanding of FX with Interest Rate Curves and Commodities products at the trade-lifecycle level; direct Precious Metals experience is a strong advantage Desirable • Precious Metals market knowledge: spot/forward/lease conventions, LBMA fixing and clearing, allocated / unallocated account structures • Familiarity with pricing or market data systems rate feeds, instrument reference data, curve construction inputs • Use of analytics in pricing and risk using Excel and macros • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently with minimal supervision • Experience on platform build, e-trading, or market data programmes in an Agile/Scrum delivery model • Proven experience planning and running structured UAT with front-office and operations stakeholders across multiple time zones • Strong stakeholder management —confident, engaging traders, technologists, and senior programme sponsors • Immediately productive: able to ramp upon a complex domain with limited handholding • Python and SQL proficiency for independent data validation and analysis • Tooling: Jira, Confluence, XML, JSON • Scripting: Basic Unix commands • Exposure to e-trading platforms: RFQ,ESP, order management, TCA KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FX ASP • Own end-to-end BA delivery — requirements gathering, functional specification, stakeholder sign-off, UAT coordination, and go-live support • Engage FX traders, sales, and desk heads to capture front-office workflow and pricing change priorities • Collaborate with technology leads and architects to translate business requirements into accurate platform designs • Conduct gap analysis between current ASP capabilities and target-state requirements; surface risks and propose pragmatic solutions Precious Metals Project • Act as primary BA for the Precious Metals onboarding programme, covering the full trade lifecycle for XAU, XAG, XPT, and XPD — spot and forward pricing, lease rates, LBMA fixing, e-trading, clearing, and settlement • Work with the Precious Metals trading desk, sales, and structurers to define requirements for instrument source data, pricing feeds, and downstream integration on ASP • Engage Operations, Middle Office, and Finance to capture settlement, P&L attribution, and reconciliation requirements • Define the target operating model and document current-to-target transition plans, including phased cutover requirements • Manage Precious Metals UAT end to end — test planning, cross-functional coordination, defect management, and formal sign-off Cross-Programme • Produce high-quality documentation: functional specifications, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and Agile user stories • Provide concise, regular status updates to programme management and seniors Stakeholders across regions • Identify and manage interdependencies between ASP and Precious Metals work streams; proactively flag sequencing risks
