Walk-In Details: Date: 12th September Time: 10 AM -1 PM Venue: HCLTech Elcot Sez,Tower 4 602/3, 138, Medavakkam High Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai-600119 Position: Mechanical/Hardware Recruiter Experience: 2-6 Years Employment Type: Contract Term 12-month Contract Term role (conversion to Fixed Term based on performance). Preferred Candidate Profile: 2-6 years of experience in Mechanical or Hardware Recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment. Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and current market trends. Hands-on experience with Job Portals, LinkedIn Recruitment, and Boolean Search techniques. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented professional. Experience in Contract Staffing and/or Permanent Hiring is highly preferred.
