Role Overview The ideal candidate will analyze business performance, build dashboards & insights, identify process improvement opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret business data to generate insights Build dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers Identify process gaps & improvement opportunities Translate business needs into clear requirements Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams Track and measure the outcomes of new initiatives What Were Looking For Master’s degree in statistics 2–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Insurance/BFSI/Fintech preferred) Strong skills in Python /R/Excel / SQL / Power BI or Tableau Excellent communication and stakeholder management Knowledge of insurance domain is an added advantage Location: Andheri East
