We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our Consumer Products team. You will work on consumer-facing digital products, contributing to design across the full product lifecycle, from early-stage research through to shipped features. Your work will directly shape how everyday users navigate complex decisions across our B2C product suite, including financial services. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft experiences that feel simple, intuitive, and human. This is a role for someone who is curious, organised, and growing fast. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own design work for assigned features, from wireframes and user flows through to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. Work alongside product and engineering to understand requirements and translate them into clear, user-centred design solutions. Present and defend design decisions using established UX principles and design rationale, clearly communicating intent to stakeholders. Conduct and participate in user research activities, including interviews, usability tests, and survey analysis, to understand user needs and inform design decisions. Consume and apply the design system consistently, and flag opportunities to extend or improve it over time. Support handoffs to engineering, understanding spacing, layout, and typography from a technical perspective to reduce back-and-forth. Use product analytics tools to understand user behaviour and incorporate data into design decisions. Manage your own projects with structured files, clear naming conventions, and handoff-ready documentation. Actively explore and use AI tools to improve your design workflow and output speed. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Comfortable presenting design work, explaining decisions in plain terms, and collaborating across teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout, with an awareness of how visual choices affect user perception and emotion. Some exposure with product analytics tools like Google Analytics, able to understand event data and use it to support design decisions. Comfortable working within an existing design system, applying components consistently and contributing feedback on how it can improve. Able to manage projects with clean file structure, clear documentation, and a reliable approach to handoffs. BONUS SKILLS Exposure to regulated environments such as fintech, insurance, or lending as a plus. Exposure to user research methods, interviews, usability testing, or survey-driven synthesis. Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they fit into a modern design workflow. A portfolio showing your thinking process, not just final screens, is required. We care more about how you approach problems than the industry you came from. Prior exposure to data-heavy, regulated, or financial products is a bonus but not a dealbreaker.
