Academic Counselor / BDA Key Responsibilities • Contact prospective students and parents to understand their admission and counseling requirements. • Identify suitable candidates for NEET UG and NEET PG counseling services based on their profile, rank, and admission goals. • Counsel students on admission processes, college selection, counseling procedures, and career opportunities. • Explain Careers360 counseling services and recommend the right solution for each student. • Achieve individual revenue targets through effective counseling and conversions. • Build relationships with students and parents through regular follow-ups. • Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM system. Requirements • 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, tele calling, customer service, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage customer data. Working Days • 6-day working week. • Saturday and Sunday are fixed working days.
