Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office We are looking for a knowledgeable and student-focused MBA Admissions Counsellor to guide MBA aspirants in making informed decisions about their entrance exams, B-schools, specialisations, and admission pathways. Key Responsibilities • Provide personalised counselling and guidance to MBA aspirants regarding their career and higher education options. • Guide students on major MBA entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, NMAT, SNAP, CMAT, MAT and other relevant exams . • Help students understand different MBA specialisations and identify options based on their academic background, interests, career goals and profile. • Guide students in shortlisting suitable B-schools and MBA programmes based on factors such as entrance scores, academic profile, work experience, fees, placements and career objectives. • Provide guidance on the MBA admission process, including application timelines, eligibility criteria, selection processes, GD/PI/WAT requirements and counselling/admission procedures where applicable. • Stay updated with the latest information related to MBA entrance exams, B-school admissions, rankings, placements and programme offerings. • Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions and ensure proper handholding of students throughout their admission journey. • Address student and parent queries and provide accurate, unbiased and relevant guidance. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth counselling experience for students. Desired Candidate Profile • Strong understanding of the MBA admission ecosystem in India , including entrance exams, B-schools, specialisations and selection processes. • Prior experience in MBA admissions counselling, education counselling, career counselling or B-school admissions will be preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand student profiles and provide personalised recommendations. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Ability to stay updated with changing admission processes, exam patterns and deadlines. • A student-centric approach with strong problem-solving and counselling skills.
