Business Development Officers (BDO) Mutual Fund Vacancies-  Five, to be posted each at Chandigarh, Delhi South, Lucknow, Kolkata and Mumbai Main ROs. Experience: 1–3 years in sales of financial products. Key Requirements: • Exposure to mutual funds, banking, insurance, or wealth management is preferred. • Ability to generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets. • Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel for business development activities. • AMFI/NISM certification. Educational Qualification (Both Positions) Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Finance, or related field) preferred. AMFI/NISM Certification as per regulatory requirements. Compensation Structure Business Development Manager (BDM) – Mutual Fund Salary Range: 45,000 – 55,000 per month Additional Benefits: Performance-linked variable incentives based on business achievement and target accomplishment. Business Development Officer (BDO) – Mutual Fund Salary Range: 30,000 – 35,000 per month Additional Benefits: Performance-linked variable incentives based on business achievement and target accomplishment.
