**Business Development** **Officers** **(BDO) Mutual Fund** **Vacancies-  Five, to be posted each at Chandigarh, Delhi** **South, Lucknow, Kolkata and Mumbai Main ROs.** **Experience:** 1–3 years in sales of financial products. **Key Requirements:** - Exposure to mutual funds, banking, insurance, or wealth management is preferred. - Ability to generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets. - Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel for business development activities. - AMFI/NISM certification. **Educational Qualification (Both Positions)** Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Finance, or related field) preferred. AMFI/NISM Certification as per regulatory requirements. **Compensation Structure** **Business Development Manager (BDM) – Mutual Fund** **Salary Range:** 45,000 – 55,000 per month **Additional Benefits:** Performance-linked variable incentives based on business achievement and target accomplishment. **Business Development** **Officer** **(BDO) – Mutual Fund** **Salary Range:** 30,000 – 35,000 per month **Additional Benefits:** Performance-linked variable incentives based on business achievement and target accomplishment.
