Job description

Role & responsibilities • Sales & Strategy: Maintain a strong sales approach with consistent target orientation. • Planning & Execution: Demonstrate exceptional planning and execution skills, including branch launch management. • Monitoring & Analysis: Conduct competition tracking, MIS reporting, and regular branch visits. • Marketing Operations: Oversee branch branding, visual merchandise, and coordination for ATL & BTL activities. • Management: Handle vendor management and lead management effectively. Preferred candidate profile • Education: Regular graduate (B-Tech candidates are excluded from eligibility). • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage. • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant field experience. • Compensation: 3L-4L per annum, plus additional incentives and bonuses.
