Desired Candidate Profile • 1-3 years of experience in auto finance, preferably in tractor finance or two-wheeler loans. • Strong understanding of vehicle finance products such as Tractor loans, refinancing, and collections. • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with dealerships and customers. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
