To develop SME business {Working capital (LAP/BIL), Supply chain (Bill discounting/Vendor finance) & Machinery finance} in assigned geography and monitoring of entire portfolio assigned. **Role & responsibilities** 1. Analyze the market trend for product development and do market research. 2. Planning & and execution of market promotional activities according to market & and business requirements. 3. Meeting new customers / Channels (DSA) for sourcing, and assistance in business development activities. 4. To establish strong marketing channels in the assigned territory 5. Develop suitable products for new business opportunities for Working Capital business, Supply chain finance & Term Loans 6. Handhold / Develop the downline sales force for business growth **Preferred candidate profile** 1. Graduation compulsory 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience 3. Handled ticket size of 1cr
