Role & responsibilities • Source and acquire Used Car Loan business through dealers, DSAs, and direct customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers and channel partners. • Generate leads and convert them into business. • Conduct customer profiling and loan eligibility assessment. • Coordinate with credit, operations, and other teams for loan processing and disbursement. • Achieve monthly business targets and portfolio objectives. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. • Monitor customer service and resolve customer queries promptly. • Maintain MIS and business reports as required.
