HCL looking candidate for CAE Crash/Safety analysis Location - Bangalore|| Experience - 3 to 8 Yrs Role & responsibilities • Hands on experience in FE modeling, assembly and full vehicle integration using tools like ANSA. Solver as LS Dyna. • Experience in Full Vehicle Safety CAE performance evaluation (Frontal, Side, Rear Impact, Roof crush, seat pull, seatbelt anchorage) • The candidate should have experience in handling the projects independently. • The person is responsible from Input collection to the release of Engineering Report. • The person should come up with critical areas for improvement and also be able to find out the underlying cause for failures. • Proficient in LS-Dyna, ANSA, LS Pre-post, Meta, Primer • Participate in the design reviews to support the designers with the design direction for structural improvements Good knowledge of various safety regulations and third-party ratings requirements, e.g. FMVSS, IIHS, Euro-NCAP, China-NCAP, AIS regulations interested candidates, share your profile to venkateshp@hcltech.com
