**Job Title: Manager Capacity Planning & Audit Governance** **Department:** Workforce Management (WFM) **Location:** Ahmedabad, Gujarat **Work Mode:** Remote **Role Summary:** The Manager – Capacity Planning & Audit Governance is responsible for overall ownership of seat capacity planning. The role will initially focus on stabilizing of capacity planning processes and will gradually expand into supporting audit activities, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support on initiatives focused on capacity planning process improvement, and Audits. This role will act as a critical support function to the WFM team, enhancing efficiency, improving visibility, and enabling effective future capacity planning and audit frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** **Capacity Planning Ownership** Own end-to-end seat capacity planning process and execution across sites Drive scenario planning and provide strategic recommendations to maximize seat utilization Monitor utilization trends and optimize seat allocation **Reporting & Data Governance** Establish standardized reporting frameworks and dashboards Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports Drive automation and advanced analytics for decision-making Provide executive-level insights and reporting **Audit Support (Progressive Responsibility)** Gradually take ownership of audit execution and governance Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and audit readiness Drive audit reviews, track audit findings and closure of findings with relevant stakeholders Support development of audit frameworks, and SOPs as per requirements **Process Improvement & Automation** Lead initiatives to streamline capacity planning and audit processes Drive automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort for capacity management Standardization of processes across regions **Stakeholder Management** Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Facilities, Finance, and WFM Provide regular updates to leadership on capacity status, risks, and audit outcomes Act as a point of contact for capacity planning queries and audit-related discussions **Key Skills & Competencies** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Expertise in workforce management High attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency in Excel (advanced), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement **Experience & Qualifications** 8–12 years in Workforce Management / Capacity Planning Strong experience in governance, reporting, and stakeholder management Experience in global organization preferred
