**Role & responsibilities** - **Source new loan customers through outbound calls, field visits, and by building relationships with car dealerships** - **Educate clients on loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.** - **Assist customers in completing loan applications, collect necessary KYC documents, and verify customer creditworthiness** - **Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to secure smooth loan approvals and final disbursement.** - **Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently converting leads into funded loans.** - **Maintain an ongoing rapport with buyers and dealership partners to ensure future referrals and high customer satisfaction.
