Role & responsibilities • Source new loan customers through outbound calls, field visits, and by building relationships with car dealerships • Educate clients on loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms. • Assist customers in completing loan applications, collect necessary KYC documents, and verify customer creditworthiness • Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to secure smooth loan approvals and final disbursement. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently converting leads into funded loans. • Maintain an ongoing rapport with buyers and dealership partners to ensure future referrals and high customer satisfaction.
