**Key Responsibilities** **1. Business Sourcing** - Generate leads for car loans (Passenger Vehicle segment) - Develop channel through dealers, DSAs, and local markets - Achieve monthly disbursement targets **2. Customer Handling** - Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements - Coordinate with customers for application processing - Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation completion **3. Dealer / Channel Management** - Maintain relationships with car dealers and brokers - Support dealer sales teams for better conversion - Conduct regular market visits **4. Loan Processing & Coordination** - Liaise with credit, operations, and login team - Ensure timely login, approval, and disbursement - Track cases and resolve processing delays **5. Portfolio Quality** - Ensure quality sourcing as per credit norms - Monitor early delinquency cases - Coordinate with collections for recovery if required **6. Compliance & Reporting** - Follow RBI and company compliance guidelines - Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness - Submit daily/weekly MIS to reporting manager **Key Skills Required** - Strong sales & negotiation skills - Market knowledge (Auto / NBFC segment) - Good communication and customer handling - Basic financial understanding (loan products
