Job Position: Assistant Manager Job Purpose Execute and implement the API technology transfer activities in plant to ensure robustness of process in line with proper safety requirements. Accountabilities I. Execute tech transfer activities and scale up batches at plant, for new product, cost improvement, scale up and launch products., to ensure safe transfer of process. II. Understanding process, chemistry, process safety and plant requirements. III. Monitor the pre-validation and validation cycle batches at plant and conduct knowledge sharing training sessions for shop floor staff to ensure accurate identification of critical process parameter. IV. Strictly adhering to Technology Transfer SOPs and review the same for continuous improvements. Preparation of documentation as per relevant SOPs during technology transfer of projects. V. Supervising/monitoring the API and Intermediate batches of Technology Transfer projects in shifts. VI. Compile the data for plant hardware and provide inputs for equipment mapping. Education Qualification B. E. Chemical/ B. Tech Chemical Relevant Work Experience 2 to 6 years of experience in Technology transfer
