We at CIPLA Limited are hiring for Field Service Engineer (Manager) role. Job Details : • Job Title: Field Service Engineer • Designation : Manager • Location: Delhi • Work Experience: Minimum 4 years • Qualification: Any Engineering background Key Responsibilities : • Installation & Commissioning: Install new medical devices, ensuring proper functionality, calibration, and testing according to manufacturer specifications. • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (PM) to prevent breakdowns and conduct repairs on malfunctioning devices. • Customer Support & Training: Provide technical training to healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, technicians) on ease of using devices. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance, repair, and installation activities strictly comply with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP). • Troubleshooting & Emergency Calls: Respond promptly to on-site technical service calls, including urgent emergency breakdowns, within defined Turnaround Time (TAT). • Collaboration & Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to secure service contracts (AMC/CMC) Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in servicing medical / surgical devices or diagnostics products. • Skills: • Strong technical troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electronic, software). • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. • Ability to work independently, often under pressure in clinical environments. • Proficiency in MS Office and service management software. • Other: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
