Hi , We have an exciting opportunity with MSD for Hyderabad location for **CLM Product Analyst** Interested candidates, please share resume to : **ankita.dutta@msd.com** Job Description: In this role, the CLM Product Analyst role will partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of the DocuSign CLM platform. The position leads requirements discovery, supports roadmap and backlog management, and ensures prioritized, standardized delivery of CLM enhancements that advance business objectives. This role also supports testing, issue resolution, and post-deployment support to ensure a stable, scalable, and high-performing CLM solution. Responsibilities • Leads CLM business requirement gathering to understand enhancements needed • Configure contract management technologies based on requirements documented • Conduct user acceptance testing to compile comprehensive test scenarios and identify flaws as well as improvements to newly built systems and processes • Supports CLM roadmap development and maintenance of product backlog • Coordinates across business stakeholders to prioritize needs for deployment that advance business objectives; maintain and manage CLM solution delivery plan • Communicates CLM strategy to key business stakeholders and facilitates buy-in to achieve timely delivery • Works closely with Product Line Lead and Product Manager(s) to support technical configuration of CLM solution based on business area needs, with a focus on process and delivery standardization • Coordinates with business stakeholders to identify pain points within CLM processes and technologies • Coordinate testing activities to ensure effective delivery of CLM solution • Supports technical resolution of any CLM solution issues and incidents after deployment Education Minimum Requirement • Bachelor’s degree Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in technical IT and/or Productject Analyst role • 2+ years of experience in implementation of Docusign / Agiloft / SirionLabs /SAP CLM technology with strong workflow configurations • One or more of the following certifications or compelling CLM certifications: Proprietary • DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant (Proctored exam) • DocuSign CLM Technical Consultant (Proctored exam) • Docusign CLM Workflow Developer • DocuSign CLM Technical Consultant • Proven technical skillset to configure and maintain CLM solutions • Experience with API integrations is an added advantage • Experience in CLM AI technologies is an added advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives to meet business objectives • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and complex environment • Demonstrated ability working with Microsoft Office product suite • Proven track record of communicating effectively across stakeholder groups • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage support multiple projects and deadlines • Product Analyst experience with DocuSign or other CLM solutions
