Role: Product Owner - SAPOps Location: Noida Experience Required: 20+ Years Role Purpose: Owns the SAPOps proposition S/4HANA and ECC landscape operations committed on on-time release adoption with zero regression across ECC / RISE / GROW shaping estate-based ops offers and pricing. Key Responsibilities: • Own the SAPOps proposition roadmap and commercial offer for S/4HANA and ECC landscape operations release adoption on time with zero regression across ECC / RISE / GROW estates • Translate client SAP landscape complexity (modules, custom code, interface count) into estate-based scoping and pricing, validating feasibility with the SAP technical lead • Shape RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP-aligned commercial constructs subscription-plus-managed-service wraps versus fit-to-standard public cloud support • Define the SAPOps service catalog (Basis operations, transport/change management, EarlyWatch remediation, patch and upgrade cycles) as priced catalogue entries • Partner with the portfolio lead and SAP technical lead on governance, backlog and architecture standards • Own SAPOps commercial performance (SLA attainment, margin, consumption) and represent the proposition in cross-portfolio governance Hard Skills: • S/4HANA landscape operations depth — run-state operations across S/4HANA (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, on-premises) and ECC, including system conversion vs. selective data transition planning • SAP Basis & technical operations — SAP NetWeaver administration, OS/DB migration, HANA database administration, patch/EarlyWatch Alert remediation at SAP Certified Technology Associate-level depth • SAP ALM & monitoring tooling — SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, test suite, business process monitoring), SAP Cloud ALM, and Focused Run for managed-service-scale monitoring • RISE/GROW commercial modelling — structuring estate-based AMS offers against RISE with SAP (Private Cloud subscription) and GROW with SAP (Public Cloud, fit-to-standard) consumption models • SAP Activate methodology fluency — fit-to-standard workshops, backlog-driven build/test/deploy phases, agile release cycles applied to an ongoing AMS backlog • SAP BTP & clean-core awareness — SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Extension Suite), Fiori/UI5 administration, clean-core extensibility principles shaping managed AMS vs custom build • Managed-services productization & pricing — service catalogue and L1/L2/L3 tiering, SLA/service-credit construction, resource-unit (RU)/FUE pricing and unit-cost modelling for SAP AMS • Regulatory & compliance context — SOX/ITGC change-control requirements for financial-system landscapes and GxP/validated-system considerations for regulated estates Professional Competencies: • 20+ years of experience in SAP delivery, SAP AMS, SAP Basis, SAP Operations, Product Management, or SAP Platform Ownership roles • Proven experience working across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and GROW with SAP environments • Strong understanding of SAP managed services, operations governance, service catalog management, and commercial ownership • Experience defining product roadmaps, service offerings, and pricing models for SAP operations and managed services • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical architects, portfolio leaders, delivery teams, and commercial stakeholders • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making capabilities
