**Location Name:** Pune Corporate Office - PTP **Job Purpose** To drive digital transformation initiatives within the Legal Function through implementation, management, and enhancement of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Legal AI solutions, Litigation Management, Notice Management, Trademark Management, Advocate Empanelment Systems, and Legal ERP platforms. The role requires a blend of legal expertise, technology implementation capabilities, stakeholder management, and process transformation experience. **Duties And Responsibilities** Legal Technology Implementation - Lead implementation and rollout of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms. - Configure and optimize legal processes within CLM solutions. - Create and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, approval workflows, and negotiation frameworks. - Work with internal business teams, IT teams, vendors, and external consultants for solution deployment. Legal AI Initiatives - Drive adoption of AI-enabled legal tools for: o Contract review o Legal research o Notice drafting o Litigation analysis o Risk identification o Knowledge management - Evaluate emerging Legal AI products and recommend deployment strategies. - Define governance and quality controls for AI-generated legal output. Litigation & Notice Management - Establish centralized litigation management processes. - Manage legal case repositories, hearing schedules, document tracking, and reporting. - Develop notice management workflows including issuance, response tracking, escalation, and reporting. - Define MIS and dashboards for legal leadership. Trademark & IP Management - Manage trademark lifecycle including: o Application tracking o Renewals o Oppositions o Infringement monitoring - Coordinate with external IP attorneys and regulatory bodies. Legal ERP & Workflow Automation - Drive implementation of Legal ERP modules. - Design and optimize workflows for: o Advocate Empanelment o LOA / POA Management o Document Management o Matter Management o Contract Management o Legal Repository - Identify automation opportunities and process efficiencies. Stakeholder Management - Partner with Legal, Compliance, Secretarial, Risk, Procurement, Business, and Technology teams. - Liaise with solution vendors for implementation and support. - Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare BRDs/User Stories. Governance & Compliance - Ensure platform compliance with: o Applicable laws and regulations o Internal policies o Audit requirements o Data privacy standards - Support internal and external audits concerning legal systems and records. Technical Competencies Must Have - End-to-end CLM implementation experience. - Legal process transformation experience. - Contract drafting and review expertise. - Litigation and notice management exposure. - Vendor management experience. - Strong legal documentation and analytical skills. **Preferred** Experience in: - CLM Platforms (Icertis, Agiloft, SirionLabs, Ironclad, Legistify or equivalent) - Legal AI Solutions - Workflow Automation Platforms - ServiceNow - ERP Integrations - Power BI / Legal Dashboards - AI-enabled Legal Research Tools Functional Knowledge **Strong Understanding Of** - Indian Contract Act - Companies Act, 2013 - Consumer Protection Laws - Intellectual Property & Trademark Laws - SARFAESI Act - BFSI Regulatory Environment - Legal Operations & Governance Frameworks **Required Qualifications And Experience** Particulars Details Designation Advocate – Legal Technology & Digital Transformation Function Legal Location Bajaj Finance Limited, Viman Nagar, Pune Experience 5–8 Years **Qualification LL.B.
