**Location Name:** Pune Corporate Office - Mantri **Job Purpose** “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” **Duties And Responsibilities** - Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix - Keeping delinquency under control - Compliance of policy and processes – - To Keep a close watch on quality Approval, Disbursal & correct Rejection. - Solve SFDC related issues along with Team and preparing PPT for PLCS U/w deck - Manage the team efficiently and maintain the low attrition in team. - Training to team for Policy and Processes - Feedback on System related improvement /concern to PMO - Maintain described TAT and identified the process GAPS **Required Qualifications And Experience** - MBA with minimum 10-13 years’ experience in Credit Underwriting. - Domain knowledge pertaining to Professional / Business Loans - Sound knowledge of Internal Policies, Risk, Compliance and Regulatory requirements - Applicant should be well versed with MS Excel - Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company - High motivational levels and a self-starter. - Should possess the below skill sets: - Strong Analytical skills, Good written and verbal communication Good Interpersonal Skills, Influencing skills
