**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and growth in the assigned territory. - Develop and execute strategic plans to increase insurance penetration, premium income, and customer acquisition. - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients to identify new business opportunities. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 2-7 years of experience in BFSI industry (insurance/life insurance) or related field. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution. - Strong understanding of life insurance product. - Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with corporate clients.
