Job Responsibility: • Store wise execution across region as per guidelines shared from SO VM Creative lead under guidance of Execution VM Lead (PROMOS + WEEKLY GUIDES + NSO) • VM Expenses control across region • Training of DM and Fashion consultant • Daily VM checklist maintenance per region along with store teams. • Weekly review of region (including sell through) with execution of VM lead and OPS head • Vendor development • Store visit as per ROTA Skills: Custom orientation, Creative thinking, Product Presentation, Design Software, People Management
