Beauty Advisor – Joyology Location: Shoppers Stop, Acropolis Mall, Kolkata About the Role We are looking for a passionate, well-groomed and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join the Joyology team at Shoppers Stop, Acropolis Mall. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in beauty and skincare, excellent communication skills and the ability to create a personalized shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and engage customers with a warm and professional approach. • Understand customers’ beauty, skincare and personal care requirements. • Recommend suitable Joyology products based on customer needs and preferences. • Demonstrate product features, benefits and usage effectively. • Drive sales and achieve individual and store-level targets. • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends. • Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships. • Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising standards and counter hygiene. • Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment when required. • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally. • Support promotional activities, campaigns and brand initiatives. • Maintain daily sales reports and other required documentation. Candidate Profile • Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor / Beauty Consultant / Beauty Associate will be preferred. • Candidates with experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare or Retail may apply. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-oriented with a positive and confident personality. • Good grooming and presentation skills. • Passion for beauty, skincare and cosmetics. • Target-oriented and comfortable working in a retail environment.
