Job Responsibility: Actions to Achieve Deliverables Document verificiations for offer generation & pre offer closures within 1 day from date of receipt of request 100% onboarding of all new joiners within 48 hours 100% onboarding of all brand staff within 2 days from receipt of request from cluster HRs 100% Accurancy on RTA TO CCA/ Contract letter closures & onboarding within TAT Planned execution on NSO hiring/ Bulk hiring process adherence / All closures of onboarding before 15 days of store opening Documentation closures as per HR AUDIT requirements as per TAT Regular follow up trackers through mails /escalations for closures of Open cases/drop out cases Background Verification initiation & end to end closure in discussion with vendor/ Escalation to cluster hrs & HRBP on non closures or open cases for more than 15 days 100% closures of all joining compliances as per process in seamless coordination with cluster hr & SO stakeholders/ Weekly Dashboard to be flashed to ZHR/HRBP on ZONE UPDATES 100% accuracy on offer issuance with all checks in place with zero errors Daily/Weekly Dashboard& Joining- Weekly to be flashed by every Tuesday & Friday/ RTA & Special hiring Dashboards ( female/PWSA) etc Weekly - Monday Dashboards on Brand productivity- L5 Mapping & escalation of concerns BGV trackers with success reports shared to cluster hrs and regular follow up trackers on open cases to ensure TAT - No open cases more than 1 month of joining/ Onboarding Weekly connects with stakeholders - HRBP & CHRs for closures of open points/ conflict of informations Monthly connects with DARWIN Stakeholders / SO connects on open concerns/ issues/ MOM on way forwards Review of TAT- Selection to Preoffer to offer / Joining to onboarding & Share MOMs on WAY FORWARD Weekly updates - NSO & CRITICAL HIRING DARWIN End use training for new joiners- Once a Month / Fortnight based on onboardings/ new joiners Special Projects assigned in improvement of TAT/ Reduction on manual inputs through constant reviews on existing process MIS / DASHBOARD Designing for improvement in TAT / improving Onboarding experiences Survey based new joiner- 30/60/90 automated surveys
