Collection Executive - Passenger Vehicle

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities • Manage passenger vehicle loan collections by visiting customers, identifying issues, and implementing solutions. • Conduct field collections to recover outstanding payments from borrowers. • Ensure timely payment collection through effective communication with customers. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers during the collection process. • Identify potential risks and escalate them to senior management for further action. Desired Candidate Profile • 1-5 years of experience in debt collection or related field (collections, recovery). • Strong knowledge of tractor loans and agricultural lending practices. • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a rural setting.
