Job description

Roles and Responsibilities • Manage debt collection activities, including field visits to meet customers and negotiate settlements. • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during collections processes. • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies related to debt recovery. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
