In India, Globant has a strong presence with delivery centers across major cities, including Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Indore, and Ahmedabad, offering exciting opportunities to work on global projects in a collaborative environment. **Job Description**: **Compensation Analyst (Total Rewards) Pune (Hinjewadi)** **Experience:** 6–8 years in Compensation & Total Rewards, with payroll execution experience across **India, APAC, and MENA** (IT/MNC preferred). MBA HR preferred. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage compensation operations including **salary revisions, promotions, retention cases, merit cycles, and business case approvals**. - Conduct **salary benchmarking, market analysis, and ensure internal pay parity**. - Handle **monthly payroll inputs**, salary processing, bonuses, incentives, on-call allowances, and compensation changes. - Maintain compensation data in **SAP & SuccessFactors (SSF)** and coordinate with payroll teams. - Support **statutory and company-sponsored benefits** across APAC & MENA. - Prepare **salary revision, promotion, and restructuring letters**; support **STI/LTI** and reward communications. - Partner with **HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders**; resolve employee compensation queries. - Maintain compensation reports, dashboards, HR analytics, budgeting, and planning. - Ensure **data accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, governance, and audit support**. **Required Skills** - Compensation & Benefits Administration - Payroll Operations & Salary Processing - Annual Compensation Review & Merit Cycles - Promotions, Retention Cases & Salary Benchmarking - Statutory Benefits Administration - Compensation Analytics & Reporting - Employee Compensation Communication **Technical Skills** - Advanced **Excel** (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards) - **Google Sheets** - **SAP & SuccessFactors (SSF)** - HR Analytics & Compensation Reporting **Core Competencies** Analytical thinking, attention to detail, confidentiality, stakeholder management, strong communication, multitasking, employee focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
